We are excited to share an important milestone for Tommasi-Maronese: our commitment to achieving the Sustainability Report.
This project is not just an obligation, but an opportunity to innovate, improve, and most importantly, respect our environment and the society we live in. We strongly believe that sustainability is not just a word, but a concrete action that requires new habits, more efficient work methods, and a long-term vision for a better future.
Because in nature, nothing is lost; everything is transformed.
But this journey starts with measurement. “From measurement, everything develops.” For our sustainability goals to be effective, we need to ensure that our data collection is thorough and precise, starting from KPIs that track employee training, diversity, and other HR factors. That’s why we have adopted the EFRAG protocol to guide our efforts.
An essential part of this process is the Materiality Analysis. Understanding our stakeholders and their priorities is fundamental for identifying focus areas and establishing concrete sustainability goals. We’re setting up monthly meetings to gather insights and align the needs of stakeholders from management, employees, and ownership.
However, sustainability is not just about numbers—it’s about creating a shared culture. Our staff’s perception of this utility is crucial: the system must be seen as beneficial to every part of the company. By having an efficient process in place, we can capture the data seamlessly, avoiding complex searches and focusing on what really matters: making a positive impact.
